Meet Jake & Ariel, the husband and wife duo behind all things Schneider Deli! Upon meeting over a decade ago working in the Chicago hospitality industry, it was clear that Ariel and Jake had a shared love of food and Jewish values brought them together.

In 2022, they launched Schneider Provisions, a pickle passion project, which organically evolved to include deli-style cured meats and fish.

Fueled by their love of Jewish food and a longing for an old-school deli in the heart of Chicago they decided to build their dream deli, Schneider Deli in 2023!
